Sally in Dundas has an addition which was built with a crawlspace. Sally hired Omni Basement Systems to install a vapor barrier. Omni used the incredible Cleanspace vapor barrier. Cleanspace is a 20 mil thick liner that has 7 layers. It cannot come off from crawling on it.
Yasmine has a home in Dundas, On. Yasmine discovered an area that had mould on the wall. With Omni Basement Systems assistance, we were able to discover the source. The source was a crack in the corner of a wall. Omni sealed the crack with the patented Flexispan wall crack repair.
Yasmine has a home in Dundas, ON that needed a new sump pump system. Omni Basement Systems installed the incredible SuperSuump. The Supersump features a Zoeller cast-iron pump, a water watch alarm, an airtight lid and an Iceguard to prevent frozen discharge lines.
Carl in Georgetown has had his crawlspace repaired by Omni Basement systems and now he has warn and dry storage in his house.
Phil called us from Georgetown for a Total Basement Finishing Project quite a few years ago.
Omni began the project by installing a full perimeter drainage system, which was a combination of WaterGuard and DryTrak. We were able to install this without breaking up his basement tiles!
We did a complete Total Basement Finishing make over and made this into a very clean and comfortable living space.
