Julia & Patrick had a cold cellar in their Hamilton, On home that was leaking and was moldy. After a remediator removed all the mold and building materials, Omni came in and waterproofed the room with the an internal drainage systems and a SuperSump systems. The walls uses Delta MS in accordance with Hamilton building codes.
Donna in Hamilton, On has a crawlspace that is dirty, damp and cold and needed repair before it starts causing damage to the home. Omni Basement Systems installed the Cleanspace vapor barrier. this product is 20mil thick and made up of 7 layers including Ultrafresh which will stop the growth of mold under the liner. Not pictured here is the final layer of spray foam to make the crawlspace and the room above warmer.

This customer called us because she wanted som extra storage space in her home but wasn't able to utilize her crawlspace because it puddled with water when it rained. Our team installed CleanSapce Liner, SmartSump, and a SaniDry dehumidifiern giving her beautifully clean, dry, usable space.
Ayala need tot waterproofing a finished basement. There was a full kitchen that needed to be dismantled. The lower half of the wall was removed and trench was opened to install Waterguard. Also a drainage membrane is installed on the wall.
