Omni Basement Systems installed the very strong SmartJacks in the crawlspace. The smartJacks are made from fully galvanized steel so they are rust free. They are designed to hold 30,000lbs each. Omni also installed a supplemental beam to carry the load across the floor system. The SmartJacks are also fully adjustable so you can always make sure that your floor stays level over time.
