Peggy had a builder grade sump pump that was no longer working and wanted to replace it with something better. Omni Basement Systems replaced her sump with the SuperSump sump pump system. The Supersump features the incredibly strong Zoeller cast-iron pump, an airtight lid, a water watch alarm and an airtight floor drain. The Zoeller pump will pump out up to 2200 GPH.
Kelly & Eleanor had a leak in their Welland, On home and needed to repair it before it caused any more damage. The Wall crack repair that Omni basement Systems recommends is the Flexispan repair. The Flexispan wall crack repair stays flexible for the life of the home and will never leak throughout the hot and cold cycles of the year.
Taylor has a home in Welland with a block foundation. The foundation was leaking and also had some cracking in the mortar joints. Omni basement Systems installed a patented drain system called Waterguard that takes water from the walls and under the floor and drains to a sump pump system. To deal with the cracking in the mortar joints and make sure it doesn't turn into something worse, Omni installed the incredible Carbon Armor wall support system which consists of a 7" wide strip of carbon fiber which is adhered tot he wall with powerful epoxy.
Now the basement is dry and stable and Taylor couldn't be happier.
Sandy in Welland, On needed some repair to correct dampness issues. These include sagging floors and other moisture damage. Omni Basement Systems suggested and installed a vapor barrier called Cleanspace. Cleanspace is a 20mil thick liner that has cord reinforcement and a product called Ultrafresh that inhibits mold growth. Omni also installed house jacks called Smartjacks (not shown) these jacks sits on a very large footing that is galvanized for rust proofing
Richard & Amelia have a home with a nasty crawlspace and the supports under the floor looked more like a Jenga game than proper supports. Omni Basement Systems installed the Smartjacks and supplemental beam system by Supportworks.
These jacks are fully galvanized to prevent rust. They will properly support the the floor.
