Kim has a small crawlspace in her Fonthill home. The dirt floor crawlspace is smelly and emits moisture. Omni Basement Systems installed a vapor barrier to encapsulate the crawlspace. Three layers were used. First a drainage matting to protect the vapor barrier, then a layer of floor insulation to cut down on the condensation and save energy, and lastly Cleanspace vapor barrier is mechanically fastened and sealed to prevent moisture from coming up from the dirt floor. Kim was very impressed about how great her crawlspace looks and feels.

This third system is called the UltraSump 4. The UltraSump 4 comes with a smart charger that will indicate if there is a problem. The charger can also be connected to your home alarm system.
This customer called Omni for a trench drain to keep water out of his garage. We installed 21 feet of our heavy duty TrenchDrain along with our SuperSump premier sump pump system.
