You have so patiently answered all my questions, sometimes several times as I thought of new questions. Your answers have been clear and understandable but more important, they have come quickly. For someone my age, the way you have handled my search for a humidifier, is the way I think customer service should work, not the way it seems to be today--so again, many thanks. Great service from start to finish We purchased a home recently which had a dirt crawlspace. The previous owners had neglected this space and it was an entry point for rodents and odors. I reached out to Omni to have a quote on the work. They sent some reading materials after the quote was scheduled and the salesperson who came to give the initial estimate was great. He wasn't pushy and came across as knowledgeable and honest. After the appointment was scheduled, Omni called a few times to give opportunities to move the date forward, though these ultimately did not work with our schedule. The contractors on the install date were great and professional and the work was completed in one day. After install, the contractor mentioned some issues that he noticed (entry points for rodents). The crawlspace is much cleaner now and I am very happy with the work done.

Thank you Omni. You re-adjusted your production schedule due to our unplanned water problems and this flexibility was much appreciated and resulted in a larger job. Great service and now we are dry and warm. Thank You!

I found the salesman to be very professional in nature, and the information given was great. I am very pleased with the basement now. There was a huge melt and I found absolutely not one drop of water anywhere in the basement. WOW! What a difference not having to worry as to how much water there will be.

True story! They fixed up my 100yr old basement in one day - interior weaping tile/sump pump .. they left my basement cleaner than it was to begin with! ... even though I'm certain I was out of Their service area , they never said negative a word. And the techs apologized profusely for starting '1hr late' ... When they where actually right on the agreed time. That was well over 5 yrs ago, still bone-dry.
