My basement was a mess and had to be completed gutted due to seepage. I chose to have Omni Basement come in to do the repairs because, the system Is both nonintrusive (you don’t lose wall space) and the product itself (including the sump pump) is far superior than the others on the market. The warranty is also excellent. The team that installed was amazing. They worked hard at providing minimal disruption even if it was loud and messy job. They cleaned things up very well after each day as well and took the time each day to carefully to explain the work. I’m thrilled with the results.

We are very satisfied with the work they did.  The crew was excellent, and the office staff and sales rep were very good and easy to understand.  

I wish to thank everyone for their patience.  I am very glad to have it done and look forward to a dry basement from now on.

I liked the fact that it would be an inside installation.

The job is completed and it looks good. Again I would like to mention your crew. They worked really hard and it took a lot of physical work to get the job done. I still cannot believe how many times they went up  the stairs with buckets full of broken concrete, dirt and clay and bringing down the supplies and heavy tools needed to do the job. I was literally exhausted just watching them.   Today they took their time to explain what they planned and need to do. Through their hard work and team effort everything ran smoothly. At the end of the job their tried very hard to clean the area. It wasn’t easy but their did what they could.   Now it’s my turn to finish the drywall next to the sump pump, vacuum the whole area, paint the floor and start reorganizing my workshop. Hopefully I will not have any more issues with water.   Thanks once again to you and everyone who was involved to complete this job in a timely and satisfying manner.   One final comment about the work crew. They all worked very hard but I need to make an extra comment about Daniel. Not only he is a hard worker, he was very courteous and knowledgeable. I felt he is just a great person.   Regards Alfred
