Block foundation
This is a typical block foundation with a 4" poured floor. The pipe on the wall goes to the septic system.
No deflection in the wal.
Often when we remove the finished walls, we will see signs of bowing. This wall seems to be secure.
Trench
The floor is opened up for the Waterguard to be installed.
Drain to the existing sump
The trench will drain to the existing sump.
Drytrak
The water system was too difficult to move so instead of opening the floor here, we adhered a baseboard style drainage track called Drytrak.
Waterguard and Cleanspace wall
The Waterguard is installed in the trench and the Cleanspace wall system is installed ont he wall.
Drytrak drained
The Drytrak which is above the floor is drained to the Waterguard which is a sub-floor drainage system.
Gravel added
The gravel and flange will insure that the water gets drained to the Waterguard.
Inspection ports
The inspection ports will allow future inspections to insure the system cleanly.
Floor restored
the floor is restored to the same height.
New pump
the Exisitng sump system is upgraded with a Zoeller M63 and an Ultrasump back up system.
