WaterGuard® Drainage System: Unlike traditional exterior weeping tiles that are prone to clogging with soil and debris, our patented WaterGuard system is installed discreetly beneath the concrete floor slab. It is specifically designed to stay clear and capture water at the source.
Delta MS Wall Membrane: To manage wall seepage, we installed the Delta MS dimpled membrane. This barrier directs any moisture entering through the foundation walls directly into the WaterGuard channel, ensuring the basement remains bone-dry.
Sump Pump Integration: All collected water is safely directed to a high-performance sump system and pumped away from the home’s foundation.

These holes are drilled into the block cavities to drain them. They do not get filled in. They continually draqin the water for the life of the home.

Gravel is added around the Waterguard to allow the water drain in.
Full height
The Delta MS wall membrane is installed to the full height of the wall and acts as moisture barrier.
Sump drain
The Waterguard is drained into the sump system and the pump will push it up and out of the house.

The Floor is restored to original height so the customer can renovate the basement.
