The panel offers a blanket of insulation from its graphite-infused foam and also has metal studs with electrical chases built right in. After Omni is done, Norma just needs to cover the panel with a fire-rated product such as drywall and run an electrical cable to outlets. The electrical chases are 16" and 52" off the floor. There are also vertical chases every 24" inches.
