We have to remove all finished wall before we begin
A trench is opened
The trench will go all around the perimeter walls
Wall membrane
A waterproofing membrane is added to the wall.
Sump pump
The patented drain system will drain tot he sump system to be ejected from the home.
Pateneted drain system
waterguard is placed in the trench and gravel is added.
Floor is re-concreted
After the draintile and the wall membrane is installed, the floor can be re-concreted back to original height.
Discharge
The sump pump will discharge the water out into the garden.
