The floor is opened up and to expose the gravel past the footing.
Flexible sealant
A bead of flexible sealant is put into the crack
Drainage foam and flexible sealant
A 4" wide strip of drainage foam is applied over and then a flexible sealant is troweled over top.
Cleanspace cover and floor restoration
A final layer is applied called Cleanspace and the floor is then re-concreted back to the original height.
