Flexispan is comprised of 4 layers. Flexible sealant, Drainage foam, Troweled Flexible sealant then a Vinyl waterproof cover,
Cleanspace
The cleanspace is to inssure that no amount of water can come through
Drain pocket.
just in case, anything gets through the first layer, it will be drained down into the gravel bed of the home.
Powerbrace
Just in case the crack was from a tipping wall, a Powerbrace is installed.
