Customer was tired of having to shop vac the floor every time it rained
Wall removed and trench
The finished wall was removed to add the wall membrane and a trench is opened up to install Waterguard.
Inspection ports.
The inspection ports are added so that any clooged could be cleared or the system can be inspected.
Sump under stairs.
One good way to hide a sump is to add it under the stairs.
Discharge with Iceguard
The discharge line includes an Iceguard. This will prevent frozen discharge lines.
