Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: New Triplesafe sump pump in Virgil, On

Steve has a home in Virgil and his sump was undersized and under powered. He wanted to see what was available on the market. Lou from Omni Basement Systems came out and suggested the Triplesafe sump system because it has three pumps in on pit. Two pumps are very powerful Zoeller cast-iron pumps and the third is a Back=up system that runs on a large power cell.

Finished install

All the pipes and the wiring is installed and the fresh concrete is installed.

Builder sump

Although it's better than a lot of builder grade pumps, it was still not powerful or reliable enough.

New sump installed

The floor is opened and the new liner is installed in the same area.

Trench

The customer was having issues with water coming from under the floor so we used a perforated pipe and installed it under the floor to the middle of the room.
