Wall cut and trench opened
Because this is a finished basement and a block wall construction, Only 4' the finished wall is removed. Then the wall membrane is installed as well as the patented drain system.
Sump liner installed
The Supersump liner is installed and the discharge pipe is attached.
Zoeller m53
The Cast-iron pump is installed in the liner before the airtight lid is attached.
Floor is restored
The concrete floor is restored. Notice the discharge pipe is buried under the floor and come up through an appropriate location.
Iceguard
The discharge here features an Iceguard which will help prevent a frozen line.
