Wall crack
A typical wall crack in the foundation. This is not a structural crack so Omni is going to seal it with Flexispan.
bead of sealant
The crack is filled with a bead of flexible sealant and then an open cell drainage foam is installed over top.
Drainage foam
The draiange foam is installed over the sealant right down tot the footing.
Flexible sealant
Over the foam, a flexible sealant is put over top. this will be troweled smooth.
Troweled smooth
The Flexispan is troweled smooth over the drainage foam.
Vinyl membrane
Over the entire area, a vinyl membrane is installed and then the floor is re-concreted back to the original height.
Covering sealed
The final membrane is sealed on the side so that water can never come out.
