Leaking block wall
Signs of leaking along the bottom of the wall.
Trench opened up
A trench is opened up along the perimeter to install the Waterguard.
We duct drain
A hole is drilled through the wall and a Well duct drain is fastened to the wall
Drain added to well
A perforated drain is added to the bottom of the window well.
Galvanized well
A Galvanized well is installed and gravel is added tot eh well.
Waterguard added
Usually Omni prefers to install their own sump but in this case we used the existing sump and upgraded the pump to a Zoeller M53
Waterguard installed
Waterguard is installed in the trench and a slippery strip of plastic is added to prevent the Waterguard from moving when the concrete dries.
Wall membrane
Cleanspace wall membrane is installed to drain any moisture down into the Waterguard.
Discharge line with Iceguard.
The discharge line is added with the optional Iceguard. Iceguard will prevent the line from freezing in the winter.
Floor is re-finished
Fresh concrete is added to the floor to restore back to the original height.
Sanidry Sedona
A 100 pint dehumidifier is added to the project to reduce the humidity in the home.
Customer instruction.
We left a note for the customer to not turn on the Sanidry for almost a month after install.
