Existing sump system
This is the old sump system in the home. It is undersized and poor quality.
Liner removed
The sump liner is carefully removed and the weepers are preserved.
Old liner
The old liner does not have any perforations to let water under the floor get and the plastic is weak.
New liner
The Triplesafe liner is put in place and the weepers are added to the liner. The Cleanpump stands at the bottom will hold the Zoeller pumps in place.
Pumps added
The three pumps ar added and the discharge lines are attached.
Ultrasump charger
The Ultrasump battery back-up system has a smart charger that will charge the power cell and has lights that can tell you the health of the system. Also a service log is attached to remind the home owner of when the next service is due.
Discharge lines
The Discharge lines are installed and "J" hooks are used to hold them to the joists.
Iceguards
The Discharge lines are complete with Iceguards to prevent freezing in the winter.
Discharge to backyard.
The 3" pipe will carry the water to the backyard and away from the home.
Floor is restored
The floor is restored and the pumps are plugged into the dedicated circuits.
