Marking the finished wall
Teh installer carefully marks the finished wall so they know where to cut the power portion of the wall.
Wall cut open
The lower half is removed and the trench on the floor is opened.
Weep holes drilled into blocks
The holes at the bottom will drain all the moisture out of the blocks and into the Waterguard.
Drainage membrane is installed
THe drainage membrane is attached to the wall. Half height is all that is needed on a block wall because of the weep holes at the bottom.
Waterguard
Waterguard is installed in the trench and sloped towards the sump pump
Sump liner installed
The sump liner is installed with the Tuff Top lid option. This sump will go under a sink.
Floor finished with inspection ports
The floor is concreted back to original height with the inspection ports. The inspection ports gives the drainage system it's lifetime warranty.
Sump pump finished
The sump is concreted into place and the discharge line will be hidden into the wall.
