Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Interior drainage system in an Oakville, On Home

Sina has a home in Oakville with a block foundation. Block foundations are notorious for leaking. Water will build up inside the block cavities and when enough water builds up, it will come out onto your floor.  Omni Basement Systems installed a patented drain system called Waterguard. Waterguard is installed under the basement floor along the perimeter wall. To direct any moisture into the Waterguard, a wall membrane called Cleanspace,  was used . To make sure the water is pumped away from the home, A triplesafe sump pump system was installed.  The customer is happy that they have a dry basement all of the time.
