Stone rubble foundation with a walk-out
Moisture is a content problem and plus water will come from under the door.
Stone foundation
When this home was built, people did not think about dry basements. In between the stone is a slurry of mortar and sand. This was designed to be damp to keep the strength of the wall. Waterproofing on the outside would dry this wall out and make it weaker. An interior waterproofing system is the best for this wall.
Interior trench
The trench will hold a drain pipe called Waterguard.
Wall nenbrane
The DeltaMS will drain the dampness from the wall into the drain tile.
Waterguard with ports
the patented drain system called Waterguard is installed in the trench. Inspection ports are installed so that it can always be inspected.
Supersump
The Supersump will pump the water away from the home.
Restored concretre
The concrete is restored to the original height.
Trench drain
If any water comes over the sill of the door, the airtight trench drain will capture it and send it to the sump system.
