Scott is a repeat customer of omni Basement Systems and they found a crack in the foundation wall. Omni Basement Systems stabilized the foundation by adding Carbon Armor. Carbon Armor is a 7" wide strip of Carbon fiber that is epoxied to the wall. This is 20 times stronger than steel and is easier to work with.
Lynn has inherited her fathers home and she found out that there is multiple foundations issues. One of the issues is bowing walls from expansive soils. There are multiple cracks in the wall. Omni Basement Systems is adhering 7" wide carbon fiber to the wall. The system is call Carbon Armor because it protects your wall from bowing any further. To protect the strengthen wall from tipping in, We install a carbon fiber strap to the joist header.
Ken in Fort Erie has a basement and a crawlspace. because of moisture, his floor were sagging over the crawlspace. Omni BAsement Systema add a Smartjack under his main beam. The Smartjack comes with a large plate over the soil and a galvanized jack under the beam.
