Dheeraj has a home in Hamilton, On with one area being a Crawlspace. He hired Omni Basement Systems to encapsulate the crawlspace to reduce the moisture and smells coming out of the dirt floor. 

Omni Basement Systems used the patented Cleanspace vapor barrier to do this. The result is a dry useable space for storage. 

Our production manager remembers this job clearly. Our Omni crew had to work belly down to clean up and encapsulate this tiny crawlspace.

Adam has a century-plus-old home in Hamilton, ON. The floors were sagging due to improper support systems. Omni Basement Systems replaced and added their SmartJack system to support the sagging floor properly. 

SmartJacks are house jacks but with a huge difference. They are galvanized jacks that are fully adjustable. The footing for the jacks is engineered to create a "bulb of influence" under the floor, which will distribute the weight more evenly throughout the soil below. 

Sharon has a house with a block foundation that is showing signs of bowing in Milton, ON. Phil from Omni Basement Systems recommended using CarbonArmor for wall stabilization. CarbonArmor is 7" wide strips of Carbon Fiber that is epoxied to the wall. Then the lower blocks on either side is filled with grout to solidify the wall 

 Brian & Sarah wanted a better and more reliable sump pump system in their Milton, On home. Omni Basement Systems installed the incredible Triplesafe sump pump system. The Triplesafe features 3 pumps in one large pit. 2 pumps are Zoeller cast-iron AC pumps and the third is a DC powered battery back-up pump.
