John & Cathy had a wall crack that was leaking. Omni Basement Systems fixed the crack with the Flexispan wall crack system.
Barry has a house in Hamilton, On where the main beam was sagging. It had house jacks' installed already but they were not strong enough to do the job. Omni Basement Systems installed the SmartJacks by Supportworks. The SmartJacks are fully galvanized so they won't rust. They are supported by an engineered footing so they are designed to support 30,000lbs each.
Christopher P. was having water issues in his Hamilton, On home so he hired Omni Basement Systems to install an interior drain system. Along with the drain, Omni installed the incredible SuperSump sump pump system. This system includes the amazing Zoeller M53 cast iron pump.
Nick has a crawlspace in Hamilton that was nasty and he wanted to seal off the earths moisture to protect the home.
Omni Basement Systems used a product called Cleanspace to act as vapor barrier and seal the earths moisture from entering the air space under the home.
Cleanspace is 7 layers, 20 mil ploy that has cord reinforcing so it will never tear or come off the wall from crawling on it. Now the area is bright and white and clean and Nick can use this area for storage.
Ian has a house in Hamilton, On that needed an interior waterproofing job. Omni Basement Systems recommended an interior drainage system with the a sump system. For the walls, Omni installed Delta brand wall membrane.
