Omni Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Kari R Moved into their new house 11 years ago and started noticing cracks in the foundation and brick work. since the house was new they contacted the builder and they had a basement wall crack fixed by another company through Tarion warantee. The cracks on the exterior got more noticeable and a crack on the concrete slab floor was present. The customer contacted a contractor before calling Omni Basement systems but they could not help. 

The customer then called Omni Basement Systems and one of our highly trained estimators came to see her. After a thorough inspection of the house and foundation and hiring an Engineer to assisit with design of a sytem, Omni was ready to go ahead with resolving her issues. 

What Omni Basement Systems determined was that one side of the house had settled and had dropped.

The solution was to install Foundation Supportworks inc Push Pier supplementary support systems to support the footing from settling any further. Once this was installed on the customers foundation wall, Omni Basement systems was able to apply force to not only support the foundation but lift it back into original position. 

The customer is very pleased with the result and the workmanship on the job and with communication with our staff members. 

Margaret needed a better sump system in Canfield, ON home. She needed a sump that would keep her basement dry all the time. Her current system had no back up and she felt that it could not keep up when there was a heavy rain or storm. Omni recommended and installed the incredible Triplesafe sump pump system. The Triplesafe features 3 pumps in one pit. Two pumps are AC and run on your regular house power and the third is DC and runs off a large power cell that is kept charged.

Here's an example of a repair we did using FlexiSpan on a wall crack in a poured concrete foundation in Binbrook. 

Wayne needed a new sump system in his Binbrook , ON home. The last system failed because it could not keep up with the amount of water coming into the basement from the weeping tiles.  The result of the undersized pumps was a flood. 
Omni Basement Systems installed a Triplesafe Sump pump system with 2 Zoeller M98 pumps that is capable of pumping 4000 gallons of water per hour each. Because Wayne has an emergency generator, a battery back system was not required. 

Bill in St. Catharines has a home with a crawlspace. because of moisture over the years, the floor was sagging and needed some support. Omni went to work and installed a vapor barrier called Clenspace to take of the moisture issue and Smartjacks to stabilize the floor from sagging.
