Brian in Hamilton has a 1960's home and found black mould on his walls. He needed some remediation and before he could renovate his basement, he needed a waterproofing system. Omni Basement Systems used an interior waterproofing system to drain water from the walls and under the floor. Brian can now finish his basement knowing that the black mold will not come back again.
Barry F. has an older home in lower Hamilton and the foundation is a combination of block and stone. Omni Basement Systems did some waterproofing a few years ago and now another area that was not waterproofed has started to leak with the heavy rains that we have been experiencing. Especially the add-on addition at the back of the property that was blocked. Typically the additions of these old houses do not have any drainage around the perimeter. Omni Basement systems added an internal drainage system with the patented WaterGuard and also used the Cleanspace wall system.
Angel just bought a house in Hamilton, ON to discover the crawlspace was a mess. It had a bed mattress stored inside and the earth moisture made it a hazard for her son.
Omni Basement systems cleaned out the debris on the ground and encapsulated the crawspace with Cleanspace liner. Cleanspace acts as a vapor barrier to separate the earth from the airspace.

Dani B. has a century old home in Hamilton, On that needed to waterproofed. there were lots of challenges in waterproofing this home. Before Omni Basement Systems could start to do any work, The customer had to have asbestos removed nad upgrade the electrical panel. Once this was done Omni went to work with the waterproofing. The floor was opened up and a drainage system was installed with a wall membrane. The customers are very happy with the result.
