Our custoemr in Stoney Creek had a Sump pit hidden in a clet in their basmeent and because it didnt have a sealed lid, it emitted moisture in the air which could make the closet moldy.
Omni Basement Systems installed the SuperSump system which includes an airtight lid to prevent moisture from excaaping. Because you cannot see into the pit, included is a high water watch alrm.
