Sean had the old builder grade window wells and wanted to u[upgrade to something nicer for his basement. Sean hired Omni Basement Systems to add their very own Sunhouse window wells. Not only are they nicer looking but they let in a generous amount of light into the basement.
Jane & David had a sump pump n their basement but still had waqter problems. Along with waterproofing, Omni Basement Systems add a new sump pump system with a sealed lid called the Tufftop lid.
John in Hamilton, ON has a block foundation that was leaking.
Omni basement systems installed their patented Waterguard system along with half height Delts MS membrane and a SuperSump sump pump system.
Julia & Patrick had a cold cellar in their Hamilton, On home that was leaking and was moldy. After a remediator removed all the mold and building materials, Omni came in and waterproofed the room with the an internal drainage systems and a SuperSump systems. The walls uses Delta MS in accordance with Hamilton building codes.
