Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Gurdeep had a builder grade sump pump in his Oakville, home. He wanted something more powerful that woul;d keep up during rain storms and have a back-up in case of power outages in the neighborhood. Omni Basement Systems installed the incredible Triplesafe sump pump system. The Triplesafe features three pumps in one liner. Two pump run off the household AC power and the third is a battery back-up system.

WaterGuard is installed under the basement floor along the perimeter walls and is drained to a sump pump. To make sure there are never leaks from a future wall crack, a membrane is installed on the wall. The Cleanspace wall system acts as a vapor retarder.
