Ryan has a finished basement and does not like his builder grade sump system. Omni Basement Systems installed the Supersump Plus sump system. The Supersump Plus features a larger liner that can house 3 pumps if required,, a Zoeller cast iron sump pump, an Ultrasump battery back up system and an airtight lid. The third pump can be easily added at a later date if required.
Shaunica and Paul bought a home in Welland, ON. before they even moved in, they went over to the home to check the basement after a rain storms. They found water on the floor both times they checked. The basement was finished but they were willing to tear out the finished walls so that they could waterproof and then finish it the way that they wanted. Omni basement Systems went in one week and tore out all the finished walls and then went back again to do an interior waterproofing system. Omni used the patented drain system called WaterGuard which is a sub-floor drainage system that drains down to a sump pump. The Sump system will pump the water away from the house.
Carey has a foundation with a couple cracks in the concrete wall that are leaking. Omni Basement Systems sealed the wall cracks with the Flexispan wall crack repair. Flexispan stays flexible for the life of the home. Carey is happy that her basement will no longer leak from these two cracks.
Seraj in St. Catharine's has had a previous flood from his existing Sump system that did not have a battery back up and the main pump was too small to keep up.
Omni Basement Systems installed their SuperSump sump pump system along with the UltraSump 4 Battery back-up system.
