I had an old sump pump without a battery backup system and figured it was time to invest in a proper system to protect my basement. Omni installed the Super Sump pump with Battery backup system . I am very happy with the project and very impressed with the work the team did. The installation looks great and the install looks perfect. The ice guard and buried landscape cover really make the install look clean. The team cleaned up the work area and all and all I would say they did an A+ job. Sump Pump Installation From our introduction to Omni Basement to our installation, we were greeted with such a great deal of knowledge, skill, professionalism and genuine care. Keith was able to give us a variety of options and suggestions, that allowed us to feel comfortable and confident in our decision. Upon installation , we were still treated with with the utmost courteousness, walking us through the care and maintenance of our product and answering all questions we had- truly a wonderful experience!

 We had a crack develop in a basement wall, due to our house settling.  Ground water seeped through onto the basement floor.
