This whole experience was positive. I dropped in at a neighbor's home and saw the work, spoke with Alfredo, telephoned for a salesman to come. Office staff always helpful and patient. If all crews and staff are as good as the ones we dealt with, you will soon be, if not already, number one in basement waterproofing. Today and last night we had 5 inches of rain and the basement and crawlspace remained dry! Wonderful! We should have done this sooner! ...less than 24 hours after our basement was repaired, we had a rain storm that dumped close to 2 inches of rain in our area. Our basement remained completely dry and drainage pipes and sump performed perfectly.
